You cannot access the app till you log in to www.facebook.com and follow the instructions given
Cause
This error occurs when one of your advertising assets has been restricted from advertising.
This could be your:
Ad Account (Most common)
Payment Method (Most Common)
Facebook Page
Instagram Account Associated with Facebook Page
Pixel or Dataset
Business Manager
Facebook requires you to review and appeal the restriction before regaining access.
Solution
Follow these steps to resolve the issue and restore access:
Step 1: Log in to Facebook
Go to www.facebook.com and log in with the account connected to your ad account.
Step 2: Check Account Quality
Visit Facebook’s Account Quality.
Look for any violations, restrictions, or disabled assets.
Click on the affected ad account to review the details.
Step 3: Submit an Appeal
If your ad account has been restricted:
