I can’t select/see a Pixel
If the “Facebook Pixel” dropdown has a “No Pixel Selected” status and you get “No Results” when you click on it:
This means one of the following:
You’re not an admin of this Pixel.
This Pixel is restricted from advertising.
Your Facebook profile does not have access to this specific Pixel.
This Pixel is not assigned to the ad account you selected in the “ Facebook Ad Account” dropdown.
How to fix this:
Issue (1): You’re not an admin of this Pixel.
Ask the owner of this Pixel to grant you admin permission. Here's how: Manage permissions for Pixel.
Issue (2): This Pixel is restricted from advertising.
In this case, this Pixel cannot be used with Easy Ads for Facebook. We recommend appealing this decision or proceeding with another Pixel.
Issue (3): Your Facebook profile does not have access to this specific Pixel.
Steps:
Add the Facebook profile connected to Easy Ads for Facebook as an admin on your Pixel. Here’s how: How to add a Facebook profile to a Pixel.
Return to the Easy Ads for Facebook app and hard refresh the browser page you're on (Press and hold Ctrl + Shift + R for Windows OR Command + Shift + R for OS) to delete the cache.
Your Pixel should be automatically selected in the “Facebook Pixel” dropdown.
Issue (4): Your Facebook profile does not have access to this specific Pixel.
Steps:
Go to your Business Manager and assign your Pixel to the ad account you want to use with the app. Here’s how: How to assign a Pixel to an ad account.
Return to the Easy Ads for Facebook app and hard refresh the browser page you're on (Press and hold Ctrl + Shift + R for Windows OR Command + Shift + R for OS) to delete the cache.
Your Pixel should be automatically selected in the “Facebook Pixel” dropdown.
