How to Change Facebook Business Manager Connected?

If you want to change the Facebook Business Manager to connect to Easy Ads, this article is for you. 😎

Case 1:

When you haven't launched any campaigns yet, you can easily change the Business Manager. Here is how:

1. Open Easy Ads in your Shopify store.
2. Click on your connected Business Manager name to open the dropdown menu.
3. Select another Business Manager from the menu.

This way, you'll connect a new Business Manager to Easy Ads.

If you open the Business Manager menu, but you can't find the account you want to connect to. This means:

1. You’re not an admin of this Business Manager.
2. This Business Manager is restricted from advertising.

No problem! Simply follow the instructions of this article to resolve this issue, and connect the right Business Manager: I Can’t Select/Find My Meta (Facebook) Business Manager.

Case 2:

You've already launched a campaign, but you want to change the Business Manager connected to that campaign. Don't worry, it's still possible.

Now, let's change the Business Manager connected:

1. Open the Easy Ads app in your Shopify store.

2. Determine which campaign you want to edit and click on View Details.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Click Meta Account.

4. You’ll see the accounts connected to that campaign. Locate the Facebook Business Manager tab, click the dropdown menu, and select another Business Manager.
