How to Change the Ad Account Connected?
After installing Easy Ads in your store, you need to connect your Facebook advertising accounts.
Sometimes, you may connect the wrong Facebook ad account. To change the ad account connected to Easy Ads, please follow these steps:
- Open your Business Manager
Go to business.facebook.com and log in.
- Go to Ad Accounts
From the left sidebar, click on "Ad Accounts" under Business Settings.
- Select the Ad Account You Want to Connect
Find and click on the ad account you want to use.
- Assign Yourself Full ControlClick on "Assign People."Select your name.Turn on "Full Control" and click Save.
- Return to Easy AdsRefresh the page.Click on the ad account dropdown menu.Select the ad account you just connected.
If you're unable to connect the correct ad account, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Wrong Business Manager Connected
You may have connected the wrong Business Manager to Easy Ads.
→ Solution: Go back to Easy Ads and connect the correct Business Manager.
- Personal Ad Account
You can't use personal ad accounts to create ads.
→ Solution: You’ll need to create a business ad account or use another business ad account you already have.
