How to Resolve "The Meta link has expired" on Easy Ads?
If you see the pop-up message "Oops! The Meta link has expired" when you open your Easy Ads dashboard.
It means your Easy Ads campaign is no longer connected to your Meta (Facebook) accounts.
This issue occurs when one of your Facebook profile credentials changes.
Follow these steps to quickly resolve the issue:
- Click "Update Meta Link" on your pop-up.
- Reconnect the same Facebook profile by clicking "Connect Profile".
- Click "Close this Window" to finish the process.
Once finalized, your Easy Ads account will be reconnected to Meta, and your campaigns will run normally.
