How to Resolve "This user does not have a valid email address" Issue?
If you're creating your campaign, and you've encountered this red warning:
This user does not have a valid email address. Use the email field to provide one.
This warning means you don't have a valid email address added to your Business Manager. To solve this issue, you simply need to verify the email address you've added in your business manager.
Here is how to verify your email address:
- Go to the Business portfolio info in your Meta Business Suite.
- Scroll down to the "My Info" section, and click on "Edit".
- Add your email address.
- Go to your email inbox, locate the Facebook email, and click on "Confirm Now".
After confirming your email address, please go back to Easy Ads and refresh your screen.
