How to Resolve “Your ad account is not eligible for ads” Warning?

Unfortunately, you can't connect your TikTok ad account to Easy Ads for TikTok because of this warning:

"Your ad account is not eligible for ads."

Cause

This warning means that your advertising account is not approved by TikTok.

When you create your TikTok advertising account, which is also called "Ad Manager", TikTok must review it. Then, you can use it only after it's approved.

Solution

To solve this issue, you need to first identify why TikTok didn't approve your account. To do that, please follow these steps:

Open your Business Center by visiting: https://business.tiktok.com/.
Click on "Accounts".
Locate the TikTok ad account you connected to Easy Ads.
Check its "Status". The status collum will help you identify the reason why TikTok rejected your account.
Click on "View" and "Go to account settings". There, you can add all required information and verify your account.

Once your account is approved, you can go back to Easy Ads and create your ads.
