In a new tab, open the Easy Ads for Facebook Ads app and follow the steps below:
On the Connect step, locate Facebook Profile.
Take note of the name between [ ], that's the Facebook profile you connected with the app.
In a new tab, go to facebook.com and make sure you're logged in to the same Facebook profile you have in the app.
Now that you know which Facebook Profile is connected with the app, you can proceed to the next step.
On the tab where you logged in to your Facebook Profile, if you're met with a locked screen that is similar to the screenshot below:
If you're getting this alert, the solution is to follow the instructions on-screen to resolve the issue.
Once you're done with all the basic checks, you'll have to wait 24-78 hours for your Facebook Profile to pass the review.
During this time, you can't launch ads, not via the Easy Ads app not via the Ads Manager.
