This error occurs when either your Facebook profile is not fully confirmed. This usually happens when:

  • Facebook requires additional verification.


Solution


Follow these steps to confirm your account and resolve the issue:


Step 1: Log in to Facebook


  1. Go to www.facebook.com and log in.
  2. If prompted, complete any security verification steps.


Step 2: Confirm Your Email or Phone Number


  1. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Navigate to Personal Details under the Accounts Center.
  3. Check if your email and phone number are verified.
  4. If not, request a new confirmation email or SMS and verify your account.


Step 3: Check for Account Restrictions


  1. Visit Facebook’s Account Quality.
  2. Look for any account restrictions or required actions.

  3. Return to the Easy Ads app and click on Connect Facebook.
