Step 1: Log in to Facebook
- Go to www.facebook.com and log in.

- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Navigate to Personal Details under the Accounts Center.
- Check if your email and phone number are verified.
- If not, request a new confirmation email or SMS and verify your account.

- Visit Facebook’s Account Quality.
