I can't select/see an Instagram profile
If you can’t see an Instagram account in the "Instagram Account" dropdown, this means that it’s not linked to the Facebook page you selected in the “Facebook Page” drop-down.
How to fix this:
Link the Facebook page connected to Easy Ads for Facebook to the Instagram account you want to use. Here’s how: How to link a Facebook page to an Instagram account.
Return to the Easy Ads for Facebook app and hard refresh the browser page you're on (Press and hold Ctrl + Shift + R for Windows OR Command + Shift + R for OS) to delete the cache.
Your Instagram account should appear selected.
Keep in mind that if you don’t have an Instagram Business account, you’ll have to switch your account type from personal to business from the Instagram mobile app. Here’s how: Set up a business account on Instagram.
What if I don’t have an Instagram business account?
No worries at all! If you don’t have an Instagram business account at the moment, Easy Ads for Facebook will automatically create a Page Backed Instagram Account (PBIA) for you.
A Page Backed Instagram Account is basically a “Shadow” Instagram business account that is backed by your Facebook page.
It allows your ads to be served on Instagram—targeting an even wider audience—without having to create or maintain an Instagram business account.
