I can’t select/see a Facebook page

If a Facebook page appears to be grayed out and you’re unable to click on it to select it, this means one of two things:

This Facebook page is unpublished. “Page Not Published”
This Facebook page is restricted from advertising. “Disabled”

How to fix this:

Issue (1): This Facebook page is unpublished.

Next to the grayed out page name, you’ll see a “Page Not Published” text.

This confirms that the reason you cannot select your page is because it is not published.

When a page is deemed inactive by Meta, it’s automatically unpublished.

You can also go to your Facebook profile, click on this page, and click the big “Publish Page” button showing up top.

Issue (2): This Facebook page is restricted from advertising.

Next to the grayed out page name, you’ll see a red “Disabled” text.

This confirms that the reason you cannot select your page is because it is disabled from advertising.

In this case, this Facebook page cannot be used with Easy Ads for Facebook. We recommend appealing this decision or proceeding with another Facebook page.

If you can’t see a Facebook page in the "Facebook page" dropdown, this means that your Facebook profile does not have access to this specific Facebook page.

How to fix this:

Add the Facebook profile connected to Easy Ads for Facebook as an admin on your Facebook page. Here’s how: How to add a profile to a Facebook page.
Return to the Easy Ads for Facebook app and click one the refresh icon next to the Facebook page.
Connect your Facebook page again.

If you’re getting a “Select Page” error message inside the Facebook Page dropdown, this means that you don’t have any Facebook page associated with the Business Manager account selected in the “Business Account” dropdown.

How to fix this:

There are two solutions you can opt for:

Solution 1: Add a Facebook page to your Business Manager.

Follow this guide: How to add a page to Business Manager account.
Return to the Easy Ads for Facebook app and click one the refresh icon next to the Facebook page.

Your Facebook page will be visible now and you can select it.

Solution 2: Use another Business Manager.

Select a Business Manager account that has a Facebook page from the “Business Manager” dropdown.
